One of the questions I get asked most often is whether social media actually brings real, measurable results for a business, not just likes and comments. I want to answer this with a real example instead of theory: our work with Colibri Express. When we started, Colibri Express already had loyal customers, but their social media was inconsistent and did not reflect the quality of their service. We started with a simple but disciplined plan: a weekly content calendar, short-form Reels focused on real customer moments instead of generic promotional videos, and targeted advertising aimed specifically at people who had shown interest before but never converted. We did not chase follower count, we chased the right audience. Within a few months the results were clear: sales grew by 22%, the new customer base increased by 15%, and 10% of previously lost customers came back and ordered again. That last number is the one I am most proud of, because winning back a customer who already left is much harder than getting a new one, and it only happens when people start trusting the brand again. This case confirms something I repeat in almost every article on this blog: consistency and honest content beat one-off viral posts every time.
